Fascinoma

Now I wouldn't want to infringe anybody's right to free speech, but when a man admits to using his nationally franchised radio program to broadcast partisan GOP propaganda in which that man himself does not believe, as Rush Limbaugh did so effusively, why is that not a multimillion-dollar in-kind contribution to the party, and why isn't that illegal under campaign contribution laws?
